13. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, courier issues, public holidays, weather conditions, incorrect address, unpaid customs duties, local postal delays, inspections, or other reasons beyond our control.

14. Incorrect Address and Failed Delivery

If a parcel is returned to us due to customer-side reasons, refund or reshipment will be handled after deducting shipping charges, return charges, customs fees, payment gateway fees, and any other applicable cost.

15. Cancellation Policy

You may request order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed, packed, dispatched, or shipped.

Once the order is processed, packed, handed over to courier, or shipped internationally, cancellation may not be possible.

16. Return, Refund and Replacement Policy

17. Damaged, Wrong, Expired or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged, wrong, expired, leaking, broken, or missing product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with proper proof.

Proof may include order number, product photos, outer package photos, invoice/shipping label photo, batch number, expiry date, and unboxing video where available.

After verification, we may provide replacement, partial refund, full refund, store credit, or another suitable resolution depending on the case.

18. Customs-Rejected, Unclaimed or Returned Orders

If an international order is rejected, returned, abandoned, destroyed, or held by customs due to destination-country restrictions, unpaid duties, missing documents, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to respond to courier/customs communication, refund may not be possible.

If the parcel is safely returned to us, we may review the case and issue a refund after deducting shipping charges, return charges, customs fees, payment gateway fees, and any other applicable costs.
